Lead functional and systems-integration testing
Vornex is looking for a motivated test engineer to work closely with a small development team testing new features, fixes, and upcoming releases for its customer base.
The role includes manual testing through product interfaces and in-house tools, creating test scripts and unit tests, expanding test coverage, reproducing issues, and helping the development team deliver reliable releases.
What Vornex is looking for
- 2+ years of QA experience with software products
- Experience writing test code, filing bugs, and investigating root causes
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and comfortable with fast development cycles
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Computer Science degree or equivalent strongly desired
